DIY // 4th of July Float »

Are you looking for a dessert to whip up this 4th of July that's a bit different from the usual? Go the float route! Cindy from Hungry Girl Por Vida who also blogs for Betty Crocker (Get it, girl!) made this dreamboat of a float inspired by red, white, and blue. The patriotic colors come straight from berries! It involves grilled zucchini (of course), roasted red pepper, avocado, and goat cheese. Let's do this!
