Kale, Spinach, and Pear Smoothie


If you have been following our blog lately, our DIY Wednesdays have been taken over by healthy but incredibly delicious smoothie + tea recipes. For this week, try this spinach, kale, and pear recipe! 


1 heaping cup spinach leaves

1 heaping cup chopped kale leaves

1/2 pear

1 frozen banana

1 1/2 cups cold almond milk (or soy milk or orange juice)

1 tablespoon honey

Add all this goodness in a blender and enjoy a day of boosted energy!
