Where do you ship?
We ship to all states within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
How much does shipping cost?
Within the 48 contiguous United States, we offer free shipping on orders over $50. Our standard UPS Ground option for all other orders within the 48 contiguous states will cost $9.99. Additionally, we have air shipping options to Alaska or Hawaii and expedited shipping options. Pricing for these options vary depending on size of order and shipping address.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 10 business days from when you order (when choosing UPS Ground as your shipping option). Although it typically takes much less time, we cannot make a guarantee. You can always track your order by visiting your Susty Party profile, or using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order heads out into the world. If for some reason you're having trouble receiving or finding your order, please call us at (877) 721-4338 from 10am–6pm ET, Monday–Friday or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We’re here to help.
Can I pick my order up in person?
We appreciate your craftiness, but we cannot arrange an order pick up. All orders ship from our warehouses. We don't sell product in our Brooklyn office.
Help! Why did only part of my order arrive?
Depending on inventory, your order may arrive in multiple boxes. Please be patient for the rest of your order to arrive, as it will likely be just behind the first box you receive. You can always track your full order by visiting your Susty Party profile, or using the Shipping Confirmation emails that we send as soon as your order heads out into the world. If for some reason you're having trouble receiving or finding your order, please call us at (877) 721-4338 from 10am–6pm ET, Monday–Friday or email email@example.com. We’re here to help.
What is your return policy?
You can return all unopened products to our Susty Party warehouse for a full product refund, up to 90 days after you place your order. We only ask that you cover the return shipping charge. Shoot an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We ship orders very quickly, which limits our ability to change or cancel them. Reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do. You can always return the items for a full product refund.
Can I buy your products in stores?
Yes! Susty Party products are sold in Whole Foods Markets nationwide. We're also in Gourmet Garage (NYC), Whisk (NYC), Balducci's (NY, VA, MD, CT), Earth Fare (Southeast coast), and Mom's Organic Markets (MD, VA).

How long do the Susty Party straws last?
We here at Susty Party HQ go all day sipping iced coffee and water through our straws without a problem. Smoothies or other dairy based drinks start to weaken the straws after about 3 hours. However, the straws will not work in hot liquids.
How sturdy are your Susty Party plates and bowls?
Our Susty Party plates and bowls are very sturdy. From a big burger to soup to a jumbo ice cream sundae, these plates and bowls will hold just about anything. They are also microwave, oven, and freezer safe. They are not designed to be reused and are not dishwasher safe.
Do you have lids for your Susty Party cups?
We currently do not have lids for our 10 oz and 16 oz Susty Party paper cups.
Are your products made in Brooklyn?
We design in Brooklyn, however each product is made in a different, specialized factory outside of Brooklyn. We partner with nonprofit facilities in Cincinnati, Ohio and Wichita, Kansas who employ the blind and visually impaired. We also work with factories in California, New York, Indiana, Wisconsin, and British Columbia.
Do Good Questions
How do I compost your products?
If you live in Portland, Seattle, or San Francisco, you can toss the products in your curbside composting bin. Our cutlery, plates, bowls, napkins and straws are home compostable, meaning they will decompose in your backyard mulch pile. Rip the product into small pieces to speed up the process. Our other products require the high temperature and grinding technology of an industrial facility. Facilities may not be available in your area, but here’s a pick-up service that might set you on the right track.
How long will it take for your products to biodegrade?
Based on tests, our plates and the bowls can break down in a home compost in under 40 days, or under 10 days in an industrial compost. The cutlery can biodegrade in 30 days in a home compost. Results will vary, due to many variables like temperature, moisture, and ventilation. All Susty Party products meet the ASTM D6400, D6868 or EN13432 standards to biodegrade in an industrial compost facility in under 90 days.
What if industrial composting isn’t available in my area?
We suggest using reusable products as much as possible and reminding your guests to reuse their cups and plates. It’s a bummer to send things to the landfill, but at least Susty products will always create jobs for the blind and be made from renewable, nontoxic, and plant based materials. It’s a step in the right direction.
