We do not ship or have product available for pick-up in our Brooklyn office these days. We still welcome visits though, especially if you want to bring along a puppy or take a DIY metalworking class with us!


Shipping Policy


For all y'all in the continental US of A, enjoy our FREE UPS Ground Shipping on orders of $50 or more, or $9.99 Flat Rate UPS Ground Shipping on orders under $50. Please allow 7–10 business days for UPS ground shipping! Many orders will arrive before then, but we cannot guarantee that it will. If you need a sooner delivery date guaranteed, you can choose UPS 1-day, 2-day or 3-day shipping options.  Orders placed before 3pm EST will be shipped out that day.   Orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped the next business day.  

Also please note—we ship from our warehouses, not our Brooklyn office! We try to ship orders out of the warehouse closest to you, however depending on inventory, certain items may ship from a different warehouse. This means you might receive a few different care packages for your order, in multiple shipments. :-)

Return Policy

We have a money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you will simply get your money back when you return your items.

You can return all unopened and still usable products to our Susty Party warehouse for a full refund, anytime after your order. There’s no time limit on this! We only ask that you cover the return shipping charge. Shoot an email to support@sustyparty.com to initiate a return and we’ll get the process started.

FAQ's

How long will it take to get my order?

It will take a minimum of 5-6 business days so please plan ahead!  Ordering on a Friday for the following weekend is tight timing so please either check in with us first by emailing support@sustyparty.com or upgrading to 3-day expedited shipping to make sure everything arrives when you expect it.  

Can I pick up my order in person?

We don't keep product for sale in our office (small office, lots of Susty Team members), so we ship out all orders from our warehouse.

If I have a question about my order, who should I contact?

Any questions about future or current orders can be directed to support@sustyparty.com. For immediate support please call us up at 877-721-4338 between 10am and 6pm Monday through Friday and if we can't answer, please leave us a message!

How sturdy are you Colorful Susty Party Starch Products?

Our Colorful Susty Party Starch plates and bowls are surprisingly sturdy.  In fact, the most common comment I receive is, "wow, these are so sturdy!".  From a big burger to a salad to a jam packed ice cream sundae, these plates will hold anything.  

Can I find your products in any other stores?

Yes!  We are in Whole Foods Markets nationwide.  We're also in Gourmet Garage (NYC), Whisk (NYC), Balducci's (NY, VA, MD, CT), Earth Fare (South-East coast up to North Carolina), and Mom's Organic Markets (MD, VA). 

How do I compost?

Products made from biopolymers take a long time to biodegrade in a home composting system and should be brought to a commercial facility. Here’s a list of commercial composting facilities in your area.

For you NYC-area customers, Susty Party is proud to offer our After Party Take Back Program: you can drop off up to 3 bags of compost for free at a location in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Just shoot us and email to set up a time to bring your bags. You can also email us to coordinate larger compost pick-ups at cost.

What if I can’t compost? What do I do?

Unfortunately, composting in a lot of areas in the US isn’t as easy as we think it should be. Boo!

We’d suggest using re-usable products as much as possible and reminding your guests to re-use their cups and plates. One idea in our Sustainable Party Guide is to have guests use a marker to write their names on their cups and put up signs reminding people to re-use. You can really cut down on the amount of waste created by getting people to use less.

It’s a bummer to send things to the landfill, but you can still feel good that our products are made from renewable, non-toxic and plant-based materials. It’s a step in the right direction.

You can also take a stand! Call your local waste management provider and tell them you’re interested in composting your organic waste. The more demand there is for the service, the more likely it will happen.

I plan on using a lot of Susty Products, how can I set up a wholesale account?

We work with some pretty cool institutions from restaurants and bars to caterers and clubs… all who are doing it up Susty style! If you want your business to join in on the party, just shoot over an email to Andrea at andrea@sustyparty.com to discuss products and pricing!

Can you make custom products?

You name it, we can do it! We can do custom printing, stamping, shapes, designs, products, etc… If you want a product made from one of our bio-materials, just shoot Andrea an email at andrea@sustyparty.com.  

I have a super awesome company and I want to sell my products on sustyparty.com. How to?

You may have noticed that we have some extra cool products from our favorite companies, including LOLIWARE edible cups, Preserve reusable recycled plastic tableware, and Good Light natural candles. We’re always looking for the latest and greatest party related goods, so drop us a line to let us know if you’d like us to start selling something you love! Email us at support@sustyparty.com.

Does Susty Party sponsor events?

We don't sponsor product in full, however we can sponsor with a discount off our product.  If you're interested in being approved for sponsorship, email Andrea at andrea@sustyparty.com.  Please note: contact us AT LEAST 2 weeks ahead of your event to ensure we can get you everything in time!
