Vegan and Gluten-free Broccoli Smoothie

Yes, it sounds a bit strange, right? A broccoli smoothie? Yikes... But this recipe will give you a velvety cup of goodness that tastes phenomenal, especially with our Susty Party straws... Broccoli contains a large serving of fiber, which aids digestion and keeps you feeling full for those of us who are watching our weight. Parsley, which is rich in antioxidants, gives this smoothie the vibrant green color! And of course, the sweetness comes from the bananas. If it's not sweet enough, you can always use honey or agave syrup but it's best without additional sweeteners. Make sure you add the sea salt and lemon juice for a refreshing after-taste! Yields two large smoothies

1/2 head of Broccoli

1cup Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley

1 Avocado

2 Ripe Bananas

Juice From 1 Whole Lemon

2 pinches Sea Salt

12oz Almond Milk

2 cups Ice Cubes

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend away until it becomes velvet-y and smooth.
